Bernhard Winter finished his studies of law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen. In 2005 he passed the second state examination in law. Since then he had a focus especially on the tenancy and residential property law. In addition, he is specialised in building and architectural law, so that he can advise in the whole real estate area. Bernhard Winter advises and represents at court mid-size companies and private persons.
In 2011 Bernhard Winter was entitled to act as "specialised lawyer in tenancy and residential property rights".
Bernhard Winter is member of the German Laywers Association and part of the working group for tenancy law in the German Laywers Association.
